Order Cancellations. There is a 10% non-refundable fee for cancelling orders that have not yet been made or shipped. This covers the cost of our merchant fees, which are non-refundable. If production on your order has begun, your order cannot be cancelled.

Sale items, craft show purchases and custom orders are final sale. We encourage you to contact us with questions about sizes and fits before ordering sale items.

When exchanges are permitted, all shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. This includes an $15 shipping charge, which covers the cost of mailing your new piece to you. We will notify you of the shipping costs associated with exchanging multiple garments. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
