Full priced items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for something else of your choosing. Please inform us (email@example.com) within three days of receiving your new goods if you'd like to make a return. The returned article must arrive unworn and unused to our studio within 10 days from the day you received it for a full refund or exchange. Your order will be refunded once we have the product in hand. We cannot honor returns or exchanges on goods returned to us after 10 days.
Sale items are non-refundable. They can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Store credit must be redeemed within one year from the date it was issued. We encourage you to contact us with questions about sizes and fits before ordering sale items.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returned items must be insured for the full amount and shipped using a tracking number. When exchanging, all shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. This includes an $18 shipping charge, which covers the cost of mailing your new garment to you. We will notify you of the shipping costs associated with exchanging multiple garments.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one year from the date they were purchased.
